Founder & Executive Director
Carrie Carter Cooper is the visionary Founder & Executive Director of the Las Vegas Fashion Council and the Founder of Vegas Fashion Week®. Her passion for fashion, philanthropy, and community has been the driving force behind LVFC's mission to advance the Las Vegas fashion industry and diversify the local economy. Under her leadership, LVFC has grown into a thriving nonprofit connecting fashion professionals, students, and community leaders across Las Vegas, while Vegas Fashion Week® has become a premier platform celebrating creativity, innovation, and emerging talent in the fashion industry.

Membership
Co-Chairs: Kee Alexander & Kam Green
The Membership Committee ensures that LVFC builds its membership base. The growth of LVFC will be derived from the recruitment of new members and the retention of existing members. The Membership Committee is responsible for ensuring that new members and existing members meet the requirements of LVFC membership as defined under the LVFC Eligibility and are approved by the Executive Committee.
Education
Chair: Levi Harbeson
The Education Committee shall coordinate all educational programs and coordinate details for those programs for the LVFC. These events shall feature speakers and experts in areas of interest to the mission of the LVFC and are open to LVFC members and guests. The Education Committee will work closely with the Events Committee to ensure that all details are secured from an event perspective.
Marketing
Chair: Thomas McClure
The Marketing Committee shall serve as LVFC liaison for media relations and produce press releases when needed. Additionally, the Marketing Committee will oversee the LVFC website, newsletters and social media including creation, updates and maintenance. Communication efforts shall also help to publicize the LVFC and aid in building and generating positive awareness.
Development and Events
Co-Chair: Dawn Hume & Bryan Stewart
The Development Committee is responsible for the development of the LVFC Partnership Program for recruitment of approved Partners and for the maintenance of those Partners. All events and fundraisers will also fall under the Development Committee and shall coordinate all events and details related to those events for the LVFC, including fashion weeks, awards presentations, and fundraising events.
